Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement by contacting our customer support at info@parrangatdesigns.com. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order processing begins promptly.
2. Returns and Exchanges
We accept returns and exchanges for defective or incorrect products. To initiate a return, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. Products must be unused and in their original packaging.

3. Refunds
Refunds are processed after we receive and inspect the returned product. The amount will be credited to your original payment method within 7-10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
